A rear lanai creates a comfortable outdoor space where you can relax, dine, or entertain while staying protected from bugs, debris, and direct sunlight. It seamlessly connects your indoor and outdoor living areas, making your backyard feel like a natural extension of your home.
At MD Construction, we custom build each rear lanai to suit the style and function of your space. Screen options include standard mesh, privacy screen, pet-resistant material, or 20/20 screen to help block smaller insects like gnats and no-see-ums.
Additional features include kick plates for extra durability along the bottom, and aluminum framing available in Bronze or White to coordinate with your home’s exterior. We can also install a new super gutter system or tie into your existing gutters for proper drainage. For pet owners, we offer built-in pet doors in a variety of sizes to accommodate both small and large animals.
